We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, highly skilled food servers for SALT restaurant and for Shreveport Aquarium events staff


Crew Member Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service to ensure satisfaction

  • Greet guests and present menu

  • Make menu recommendations or share additional information upon request

  • Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell additional products when appropriate

  • Arrange table settings and maintain clean tables

  • Check products for quality and correct any problems

  • Deliver checks and collect payments

  • Working closely with all serving and kitchen staff

  • Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all guest service guidelines

  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Bilingual is a PLUS but NOT a MUST

  • Willingness and ability to adhere to company employee guidelines (i.e. Planet Aqua Group – Shreveport Aquarium policies and guidelines)

  • Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a waiter or waitress in a fast paced upscale dining restaurant

  • ABO certification required

  • High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus

  • Must comply with background check

  • Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and late evenings

  • Must be 21 years of age or older



Compensation based upon experience.
