Refund/Exchange Policy

Regular day aquarium admission tickets

Looking for a refund for unused aquarium admission tickets? Did you know regular tickets can be used for up to one year after purchase date? Before you request a refund, consider coming back on another day and using your tickets then.

Purchased day tickets will be honored for any time during normal hours for up to one year from purchase date, as long as that time slot is available. Please check our ticket purchase page to see if your new desired time slot has openings prior to coming in and then just bring in original tickets.

Alternatively you can apply for a refund for regular admission tickets and then re-book tickets online for a new time in the future. You must request a refund BEFORE tickets expire. Once the date has past, there are no refunds on unused tickets. Refunds take up to 5 days to process depending on your financial institution and there is a 15% processing fee.

 

 

 

 

Special event tickets (after hours events, dinners, breakfasts, etc)

Breakfasts, Dinners and After Hours special events: Refunds are allowed up to 7 days prior to event. There is a 15% processing fee. If less than 7 days before event, NO REFUND is available as food and supplies have already been purchased. No exceptions. Please gift your tickets to friends or family. No credits are available.

 

Camps

Refunds are allowed up to 14 days prior to event. There is a 15% processing fee. If less than 14 days before event, NO REFUND is available as our camps sell out and we have been turning others away. No exceptions. No refunds will be granted for late arrivals, early withdrawals, or missed camp days. 

Birthday parties

A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at booking. If party is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited

There are no refunds on memberships or gift cards.

 

Refunds take up to 5-7 days to process depending on your financial institution

We do not do exchanges. Please follow the refund policy above for your ticket type and then repurchase new tickets for your new desired date. Processing fees apply.
