Do members need to book a ticket time?
No! Members are welcome to visit us anytime during regular business hours without a reservation. Just come on down and receive priority entry, even if we are sold out!
Can I buy a membership now and have it begin at a later date?
Absolutely! Your membership is activated on your first visit to the aquarium, not on the purchase date. Members can even renew early to take advantage of savings and new membership will begin after the old membership expires.
How many times in the 12 month period can we come?
You can come as often as you like during regular hours, there are no black out dates.
How do I buy a membership as a gift for someone?
Memberships make the best gifts! You can purchase a gift card for friends, family and others that can be used for a membership. Gift cards will be dropped in the mail within 72 hours. Visit our gift card page for more info.
How do I buy a membership for more than 4 family members?
You can purchase a Family of Four membership and add on additional family members for $40 each (no additional guest passes or tickets are included)
Do memberships provide free entry to after hours or special events?
Memberships provide free entry to the aquarium during regular business hours. After hours events like Believe Lights the Night and other special events are an additional charge, however members will get a special discount.
How do I purchase bulk tickets or memberships for my staff and/or clients?
Check out our corporate membership page. Corporate members receive a generous package of member benefits that can be used to reward employees, entertain clients and give back to nonprofits or schools in their community.
I purchased a membership online, how do I get my membership card?
Your membership is activated on the day of your first visit. At that time we will take a photo and issue your card and lanyard.
Can I give my membership to someone else?
No, memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
