Celebrate with us with a PARTY FOR THE PLANET for Earth Month in April
Visit the aquarium in April and learn ways you can make a positive impact on our planet and live more sustainably. Making small changes to our habits can make big impacts on our carbon footprint!
Take the pledge! Share with us on our pledge wall what you will do this month to help our planet and oceans.
Meet a Mermaid!

It is spring so our mermaid is back from the deep to talk about how to keep her ocean home healthy and clean for her and all her fish friends. Come meet her on Fridays in April beginning April 8. Say hello and pose with her for a unique photo.

Know any local restaurants who would like to take the pledge and help keep our oceans clean?
Receive $500 worth of eco-friendly to-go supplies on us! Say NO to single-use plastic food packaging! Single-use plastics are an environmental disaster. Disposable straws, to-go containers, water bottles and plastic bags that once seemed like a nice convenience have become something else: a massive, eternal pile of garbage in our ocean waters and landfills. Visit our plastic partners page for more information.
Looking for something extra to do to help the environment? Join us for Trashy Tuesdays! Each Tuesday a group of our dedicated staff called the Conservation Krewe goes out into the community surrounding our business to pick up trash. This has become a weekly ritual and we'd love to have other businesses join in and clean up their communities. Let us know and maybe we can have a fun contest to see who collects the most trash!
