No walk-up ticket sales. Tickets are limited and must be purchased online in advance. We utilize a timed ticket system to ensure we never get too crowded so please arrive at your scheduled time. Once inside you many stay as long as you want! Season pass holders can come in anytime and will have priority entry.
Face coverings are mandatory for employees and guests ages 2+ during your visit.
Hand sanitizer stations and enhanced cleaning regimens are in place throughout the facility.
Only contactless payment methods are available (credit/debit cards only), no cash.
Social distancing markers throughout facility are in place to ensure families keep 6’ distance away from others.
If you are sick or having any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home. We will gladly refund your tickets or you can use them any time in the future for up to one year.
The café will not be open (cold drinks, ice cream and snacks are available to-go in our gift shop)

Our facility is wheelchair and stroller accessible, however we do not rent wheelchairs or strollers, or have them available for use.
Only service animals recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted inside the facility.
