Maintenance and Event Setup Assistant

Crew Responsibilities:

• Assist Facility Manager in performing minor and major repairs of all buildings and equipment

• Assist Facility Manager in performing equipment and other installations as needed.

• Follow all OSHA, external, and internal policies, protocols, and procedures

• Performs custodial duties as needed

• Keeps Operations Manager informed of all relevant issues

• Preparation of event spaces including, but not limited to, general clean up, power washing, window cleaning

• Installation and breakdown of event equipment and décor including, but not limited to, tables, chairs, heaters, catering equipment

• Willingness and ability to adhere to company employee guidelines

• Able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must comply with background check

• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and late evenings

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Other duties as assigned

 

 

Compensation

Fulltime position, at least 35 hours per week, $12-$15 per hour depending on experience
