Tickets & Timed Entry
Timed Ticketing – FAQs
Do I Need a Reservation to Visit the Aquarium?
Yes. For the health and safety of our guests and staff, all tickets must be purchased online.
We utilize a timed ticketing system to limit the amount of people entering the aquarium. Only 10 guests will be allowed to enter the aquarium during each 15 minute interval. This affords us the ability to ensure the aquarium can maintain social distancing requirements, and for our guests to have an incredible experience!
How Does it Work?
Click on Buy Tickets and select your pass and date you’d like to visit the aquarium.
Then, select the time you’d like to arrive. Please arrive a few minutes before your designated time. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, you will not be allowed to enter until there is an opening and we anticipate ticket times to be sold out for days in advance. For your safety and the safety of our employees, we can allow no exceptions to this rule.
How Much Are Tickets?
Adult tickets are $13 and children between 3-12 are $9. Children 2 and under are free with paid adult. Best value tickets are our SEAson Passes.
Do I Need a Printed Ticket?
No! We can scan the ticket from your confirmation email on your smart phone, your online Shreveport Aquarium account, or in the case of a lost ticket/email, by your name or email with valid ID. Tickets purchased at our admissions desk must be presented at check-in.
What if I am a Season Passholder?
To ensure we can still maintain our 10 person per 15 minute interval, we are requiring season passholders make a reservation. Passholders will not be allowed in without a reservation so please do so here.
